Hello! How can we help you?
Yes, we are equipped to provide products as per customer demand. Our team of in-house professionals is always available to assist and understand the specific requirements of our customers. Our specialized team works on the specifications and customizations required by the customer to provide them with the desired readymade garments.
Quality is our top priority for all the readymade garments we deliver and export. To ensure the highest level of quality control, we follow strict measures for all our products. We adhere to all international standards to maintain the quality of each unit we export to our importing partners according to their country. Before final export of the consignment, we send the product for third-party verification (generally SGS) and send a sample to the customer to ensure that the readymade garments meet their expectations. We conduct tests on the fabric quality, design, color, stitching, and several other factors before final packaging.
Our experts will assist you with the final quotation and delivery time after we get all the details regarding your readymade garment’s consignment. The quotation and the delivery time vary depending on the requirements of the products, like the kind of fabric used, design, color, and other accessories if added. The quotation also relies on the quantity of the products required by our importing partner and the country to which we need to export.
The payment terms depend on the order value. However, we charge a certain percentage of the total order value as an advance or the red clause irrevocable letter of credit before we start working on the order. The advance percentage depends on the business relationship between the respective importing partner and Crosswater Exports. After discussing all the work-related terms and conditions, one can examine the final quotation and payment plan with our experts.
We do not work with importing parties in specific scenarios, which include:
– If the authorities blocklist the importing parties.
– If the importing parties have a low credit rating.
– If the importing party fails to fulfill the required documentation according to international trade laws.
– If the importing parties do not obey the international code of conduct and international work procedure.
– When the quality of the product is not passed or rejected by the importing partner’s customs department.
